These Terms of Service ("Terms") applies to DeltaDrop, a product operated by Wescorp Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 96 693 984 879) ("we," "our," "us") and explains how we provide access to our HVAC Pressure Drop calculation tools, subscription services, and websites located at deltadrop.io and app.deltadrop.io ("Services" or “app”).

DeltaDrop is a web-based HVAC Pressure Drop Calculator that helps users estimate pressure drops in ductwork systems. Calculations are based on industry standards as well as values from component suppliers.

You must create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for:

5. Subscription & Payments

We currently offer subscription access only. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any remaining time in your billing period. You will have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Wescorp Digital Pty Ltd is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, equipment, or project costs
• Issues caused by calculation errors, downtime, or reliance on estimated results

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

We use Stripe for payments. These providers may access some information necessary to perform their services.
